Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

Measure around your natural waistline, at the level of your belly button.

Measure around the widest part of your body, at the top of your legs.

Use a pair of pants that fits well, take off your shoes, and measure from the crotch seam to the floor.

Keep your arm straight and measure the distance from your shoulder to your wrist.
